3dPrinted Baseball Cap Face-shield

Instructions of how to attach 12" length Plastic sheet to 3dPrinted Baseball Cap visor frame as listed below. Holes are made with the regular Letter Size (8.5"x11") paper 3 hole Puncher which gives pitches of 1.25";4.25";4.25";2.25" (=12").
Flip over and punching again, against the same edge, which will give another set of 3 holes, totaling 6 holes. If you have a different length of plastic sheet, drill 0.3125" holes in the following sequence starting from the CENTRE of the sheet; .375" below the edge both directions. From: Centre<--0.5"---> Hole <--- 3.25" ---> Hole <--- 1.0" ---> Hole |
